Torrey was born 8th June, 1984, in Huntington New York. She was an American actress, a singer, and a model in the past. Torrey was raised in Winter Park Florida. Torrey DeVitto is a native of Florida with Italian origins. In 4th grade she played the violin in her secondary school's orchestra. Torrey was acclaimed for the extravagant role she performed on The CW supernatural teen dramedy The Vampire Diaries, as Dr. Meredith Fell. In The CW Television series One Tree Hill in the series One Tree Hill, she played Carrie. Torrey was named a as a Hospice Ambassador to the Palliative Care Organization in 2011. She also supports and promotes PETA HSUS and RAINN associations. Torrey DeVitto is a specialist in Mental Illness to bring problems to the forefront for Mental Health Month close by the National Alliance in May. She's the author of Road to Hope, a documentary that explores palliative care in Uganda.
